REFUNDS / EXCHANGES
All dresses are made to order so refunds are only issued when dress(s) are faulty. Please get in touch if you have any problems with the dresses within 7 days.
This does not include a sample dress.
CUSTOM / VAT CHARGES
The customer is responsible for any delivery fees/ taxes incurred for shipping to outside the UK.
ThePrettyInfinity is not liable for these charges.
DELIVERIES
2 x dresses are sent Royal Mail 1st class signed for (this can be upgraded)
3+ dresses are via courier and you will be provided a tracking number for you to follow the parcel.
All dresses shipped to Europe and the rest of the world will be tracked and signed for, please provide a telephone number to help avoid any delays in customs. ThePrettyInfinity is not responsible for any delays due to custom checks.
