I highly recommend ordering colour samples before placing an order for a dress. As all dresses are made to order refunds will not be issued if the shade is not what you are after. Swatches are sent out within 1-2 days

Please order a colour swatch before ordering a sample dress. 

This is a great way to see the dress before you order the whole bridal party.
All dresses are made to order and can only be returned unless faulty.

However, if you’d like to order one dress to have your bridesmaids try on please write in the comments box that this is a sample dress and you will have 21 days to return this (in condition it was sent) and a refund will be issued upon the return of the dress. If it is what your after, you keep this and order the others.

Lead time for a sample dress is approx 2 weeks.

For all products I would recommend a cool hand wash or cool spin.

To dry, cool spin or for the dresses leave to naturally dry, the creases will naturally fall from the dress once dried and hung up/folded in a box. 

All our dresses come with a free matching bandeau for all the ladies who would like a little extra support/cover up. You can now select standard or plus size bandeau on the order.

The Pretty Infinity dresses are avialable in 2 sizes:

Standard: 22”-35” waist 

                  Size 6 - size 16

Plus size: 35”-50” waist

                  Size 16 - 26

All dresses are cut and sewn by myself so please get in touch if you’d like the length altered or custom size. Please see section below.

Lengths:
Above the knee: 19”
Knee: 28”
Floor: 45” 

Please write in notes when order is placed if you’d like the length made shorter/longer. This is a free service I offer. Please also provide the bridesmaids name so I can put a little tag on the dress so you know whose dress is whose. Measurement is from the small part of the waist down, please allow for heels if being worn.

The current lead time for dresses is 2-6 weeks. If you are ordering 1 dress i aim for this to  be sent out within 2 weeks. All dresses are made to order.
