Refund policy

All dresses are handmade with care. Please read the following before making your purchase. 

Returns and exchange for SAMPLE DRESSES only
You can always contact us for any return question at amy@theprettyinfinity.co.uk.

• You have 21 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. 
• Please notify me beforehand if you wish you exchange/return
• Returned items must be in their original, unworn, unaltered condition

Non returnable items

• Custom or altered length dresses cannot be refunded
• Returns will not be accepted due to colour preference. Fabric colours may appear differently on screens, i highly recommend ordering fabric swatches in advance to confirm your choice. 
• Any faults/issues with the dresses need to be raised in 14 days from receiving the items to ensure I can correct these for you.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping. If a refund is agreed, this will be issued once the item is back. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (you have 14 days to raise any issues) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
