Return & Refund Policy

As each dress is handmade with care, we want you to love your order! If there are any issued, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Please not refunds are not available for dresses that have been altered in length, as these are made especially for you.
Try a sample dress before buying to ensure your happy with the style as refunds are also not given on orders unless faulty.

Shipping Info

Shipping times may vary depending on location but you will receive a tracking number when your parcel ships. (Swatches are sent with a stamp unless shipping is upgraded). Dresses are sent tracked 48 but you can upgrade shipment on checkout.

Please note if buying from outside the UK all taxes, custom duties and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
